Alert on number of reboots in the last 30 days.

I have a report that summarizes CISCO nodes by the number of reboots the node has had in the last 30 days. I would like to create an alert to do the same.  I have not been successful. I would appreciate any help or tips that could get me moving in the correct direction.

The Advanced Alert front end does not provide the features to setup a such alert.
