I am looking for a way to quickly identify alert clearance events from alert generation events.
Alert generation includes the Subject [ALERT]
Clear email also includes the Subject [ALERT], I want to change this value to [CLEAR]. Looking through the triggering and clearance events, neither of those are defined within the alert configuration so I assume they are stored as a variable within the database. If it is a singular value, I would like to just delet it and then handle the subject line in its entirety from the alert. Any thoughts on where this value is stored and/or how to accomplish this?
