Orion v9.1 upgrade issue

just upgraded to orion v9.1 and now i'm not able to connect to the databse, when i go to perform a repair i get the error database configuration failed not associated with a trusted SQL server connection. the database is still there but not able to connecte to it saying not able to recognize the user null. anyone have any suggestions?

This error appears when Orion is trying to use a blank username to connect to the database. Please find below the steps to solve this issue.

Edit the registry to tell to Orion to run the configuration wizard from scratch
Start > run > regedit + Ok
Open this section in the registry.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SolarWinds.net\ConfigurationWizard\ConfiguredModules

and set the keys to 'False' for all of them except for the default.
Close the registry.

Start the configuration wizard
Start > All Programs > Solarwinds Orion > Configuration Wizard
You should be able to configure the database, website and services settings.

that worked, however when going in to configure the website i recieve an error Web request failed for /orion/login aspx failed - the remote server retuned an error: (500) internal server error. any suggestions on this one?

Do you get any error in the Application/System events when you try to access to the webconsole?
