Table containing Availability definitions from SAM Tables

I am looking at the APM.ComponentStatus_Details table. It has a column named Availability with numeric values. I would like to decipher these values but cannot seem to find the table where the translation is contained. Can someone point me in that direction?

The end goal is to be able to look up the availability as part of an SQL query.

That helps to tell me what they are but not to write an SQL Query to pull those from the database which is my end goal. Guess I should have said that in the original post and will add it.
