"Down Status" Application Monitor Error when trying to assign "Mcafee Groupshield Processes" template to node

Hi,

I'm trying to monitor a node with the "McAfee Groupshield Processes" application Monitor.  I've tried to do this with several different nodes, but I continue to get the following error: Testing on node 'XXXXXX' failed with 'Down' status.  Is there a setting I need to change or a permissions issue I'm not aware of?  Thank you in advance for your help...I'm VERY new to this.

This user submitted template is a simple SNMP process monitor for "safeservice.exe". If the template is failing it may be that the node is an ICMP only node and not managed using SNMP. It also could be that this process name was changed in a more recent version of the Mcafee GroupShield software. The template was created a year ago so this might be the case. If you'd like to monitor this process I'd recommend using the "Find Processes, Services and Performance Counters" Wizard under [Settings - APM Settings] to create your own application template for monitoring this application. Be sure the select "Process Monitor - SNMP" in the first step of the wizard, and then select the node that's running the Mcafee GroupShield application in the second step of the wizard. A full listing of all processes running on that server should be listed. Select the processes you'd like monitored from the list and complete the rest of the wizard process to create a new application template.
