I want to ask if its possible to add additional tabs for applications SAM summary view bar. kindly see the attached image for detailed view.

If you are an Admin, you should be able to go into the settings, and add "external website".
You can then just add the page you want to see on your menu bar.
I think you are just looking to add additional Views. You will find the View creation options under Settings. Upon creating views, you will need to the views to the menu bar associated with your user login.
To display only specific applications in the view, you would need to specify 'view limitations' while creating the view
I get the direct link to the page (whether it is a default page or custom view page).
Then I go to Admin Settings, then External Websites.
I make direct links to some specific menu items I often use. Does not save me tons of time, but I can get exactly where I want/need to go, without having to click more than I need.
You can check it on the Customize Menu Bar setting, as well as move it around.
Finally, I can click on my new item in the menu bar, and go directly to it.
