Has anyone found a way to monitor interface collisions with Orion?

NO.

Orion only looks at the aggregate interface error OIDs (TX and RX).

Specifically looking at interface collisions is outside the current Orion box.

I left out the OIDs on this post (sorry):
1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.14 receive errors
1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.20 transmit errors
