im looking to remotely monitor contact center systems. Is it possible to do so with SAM, if so which parameters will i need?
Which one? What do you need to monitor on this system?

It's linux based.
I need to monitor calls, the java client and the various portals e.g. reports
At minimum, you can add the Linix server as a SNMP node. You will need to customize a template for monitoring the Ameyo application. Browse and Select the processes using the Component Monitor Wizard, for starters. Further monitoring depends on how this application allows querying this information. Are there commands? Is there a database? etc. If there are commands, there are plenty of examples in the default SAM templates that use Linux/Unix Script Monitors. If it's a database, you will more than likely need to use ODBC User Experience Monitors.
