Sensor 2016 on Cisco 7604

I just upgraded to Orion NPM 10.4.1 and now I have a Sensor 2016 on a Cisco 7604 that keeps going in and out of Warning status.

Does anybody have any idea what Sensor 2016 is or how to find out what it is?

Long shot but did you try loading the mib in UnDP for the switch?
