Passing alerts to SQL table with script

Question

I would like to use a script similar to this

C:\Scripts\DeviceEventEntry.bat "%Device.HostName" "CRITICAL" "%Device.HostName is %Device.State %Device.Status" "Solarwinds"

to pass alerts to an SQL table using SQLcmd.

were would I configure the alert to execute a script like this and pass these variables to it.

This particular script is one that is currently working on a whats up gold server

Figured this out.

Works as expected
