Dameware Mini remote control installation error

I am trying to install DMRC agent on end users (650 end points).

we are having a blend of win7 , win8 and win10 in our environment.

I was able to install the agent on 70 percentage of PCs but the other 30 percentage I am receving error for them.The failure is a blend of all OS and same is for success installation.

I am receiving error 2 and error 64 during installation.

is there anyone who has faced such an issue.
