Is there any way to discover who deleted an alert ?

(NPM 10.4)

Unfortunately not in that version. In later versions, if the change is made through the web console, then it would be caught in the auditing events. However, if someone is using the Alert Manager and removing the alerts, there is no auditing for that GUI. You'd simply have to look at the server logs to see who had logged into the server around the time you noticied the alert missing/removed.
