No "events" logged in Orion NPM

Hi I am using Orion NPM v9.1.0. I have issues regarding the "Events" feature in Orion.

Some events are logged or recorded when a node goes down and up, but some are not recorded at all. The nodes are using Cisco 1812 and 1841 routers and are connected to the HQ router (Cisco 7206).

I am not sure what have caused this, hope someone call help me out on this.

I would recommend upgrading to a newer version, the current GA version is 10.0

Could there be an issue with the "Real Time Poller"?

I've just noticed that the "Network Availability" list in the "Reports" section is also incomplete by a lot.

More than 400 nodes are missing in that list.

If a node does not have the real time poller selected, does it mean that no activity whatsoever will be logged for that node? (ie. Up & Down, Alert, etc..)
