Universl Device Poller does not display data

When configuring universal device poller for a promise shelf, the raidv4PhydrvStatsDataTransferred value returns values from the console. When added to the web interface, however, the universal poller displays "0" for the value, even though everything in the universal device poller interface shows non-zero data. Any ideas? I'll probably open a ticket for this tomorrow.

Well, it's starting to poll real data now, but I wonder why it has taken so long. It has sat for almost 30 minutes before reporting data. I have the polling interval set at 5 minutes.

by polling, do you mean the NODE STATUS or the COLLECT STATISTICS?

Collect Statistics can be lowered to 1 minute.
