NPM alerts to pagers

I am new to the group I am in and have been tasked to work myself into the SolarWinds role.    One of the tasks that I have been given is determine if we can virtualize our NPM 10.2.2 server that is on Windows 2003 to Windows 2008 R2 VM.

One of the items I've discovered is that the current NPM server is sending paging through NetPagerPro and the Verizon Paging Service via SNPP protocol.    I have no idea how this is being done.   Can anyone tell me how this is done?

If you are going through the excercise of migrating the system, it would probably be advisable to upgrade to the latest version (10.6) as well. This guide should give you what you need: http://www.solarwinds.com/documentation/orion/docs/OrionServerMigration.pdf
