I have installed a trial version of SAM in a Windows 2012 Server. I have configured AD properly and tested those settings and they are working properly. But now, I am not able to login with my AD credentials. Can anyone please help?
Are you using a group or did you specify your account individually?
If using a group, make sure that it's a security group and not a distribution group.
This issue got resolved with the setting mentioned in the link below. I am confused with the concepts of LDAP and AD authentication which SolarWinds is saying. Turning off LDAP authentication did the trick. Then I was able to resolve the AD users and groups, add them to the Accounts and then login with them.

But now, I am facing another issue. While logging in with an AD user, first time, it doesn't work. Neither it throws any error nor it works. Second time, it works. Has anyone faced this? If so, what am I missing here? Please help. Nothing helpful is there in logs also.
