OWA Negative Alert

We have a situation where owa is disabled for security reasons. We want a monitor that can check an HTTPS site to ensure it is down, and only alert, or 'fail with 'down' status' when the site is up and available.

Any ideas as to how to accomplish this?

Assign appropriate application template to the node the same as you would any other. Then create a new Advanced Alert with logic defined to trigger on application "up" status similar to the following
