Importing Data error from SW tools 5.5

I am just getting started with Orion V 7. I have downloaded the database migration tool to import my network performance manager data collected using the tool set V 5.5. The tool keeps generating errors while importing the data into the SQL database. The error message states "migration aborted". Opening the view log tab show a blank log. Any body have any thoughs on why this is happening? I'm running the orion on windows server 2003, 120GB drive 1GB ram P4 1.2 GHTZ processor
