NET-SNMP.org and HP-UX 10.20

Has anyone used these binaries on HP-UX version 10.20, im looking at retrieving the host-resource information via this SNMP Deamon, but i don't wanna install it if it will not solve my inability to monitoring my unix boxes properly.

I am also running 7.2.2 BTW
