It appears that you might have a row in your Interfaces table whose NodeID points to a non-existent node.

You could use Database Manager to find all interfaces associated with NodeID 468 (SELECT * FROM Interfaces WHERE NodeID=468) and delete them.

 You would need to stop the services first for the changes to take effect within the DB, and then restart them.
