Can't get Template Java Application Server (SNMP) to Work

I am trying to monitor a Weblogic 10.3 server using the Java Application Server (SNMP) template.  I have read the documentation.  I have configured a SNMP agent running on port 1161 on the WL server and given it a community string of public.  I have performed an SNMP walk against the Weblogic server, and it returned results.  When I try to assign the template to the WL server then I get the following error

Testing on node 10.1.1.124: failed with 'Undefined' status

I have configured thesnmp.acl file on the server as well.

Any thoughts?
