Can APM monitor when a file has been accessed?

I may have a need to monitor a secret file.

C:\SECRET.FIL

Can APM alert for when this secret file has been accessed? That is, opened for viewing/reading, but not necessarily opened for changes?

Hello,
you can try Windows Script Monitor to read file attributes containing this data. APM itself has no "File Access Monitor".
