HTTP Port 80 Component Failing with "403 Forbidden" error

I am getting a 403 forbidden error from an application component; however, I can successfully access the same exact URL/site from the web browser on my Orion poller without any errors.

This was caused by a WordPress plugin called Bad Behavior which can be found HERE. To resolve this problem change the User Agent in the Component Monitor to something like "Orion Poller" and this should resolve the problem.
