Regarding Application,Server and Network monitoring.

Hello,

I want to monitor my IT infrastructure and applications. Is it possible to have these components i.e Server and application monitor, SEUM, Network Performance monitor and log and event manager on the same web console where I can check for the errors.

I have an application running on my infrastructure. Is it possible to have above mentioned components integrated together so that I can know whether it is the application issue or the network issue or if there is a load on my server checking the CPU utilization. Is it possible to manage my application for all these parameters so that I can find the actual issue and work on it.

Also using the Log and Event manager I want to check the logs on the VMwares and other devices.

Please suggest how should i proceed ?

In details, I want to find out whether we can correlate the Log and Event Manager to the SEUM ,SAM or NPM so that it can generate an alert checking the higher response time was due to network issue or whether the server machine utilisation is high ?

Is there any scope of picking data from SEUM , SAM and NPM to be correlated to the Log and Event Manager so that it creates an alert using the defined rule as to why the response time was higher on a real time basis.

Also can anyone suggest me if the Log and Event Manager is supported on physical machine or Other VMs rather than VMware Vsphere 4.0 or Microsoft Hyper V.
