Prevent a User From Seeing Page for Server While Still Monitoring Services

I have been creating a new NOC view for some remote administrators we have and I'm encountering an issue limiting the amount of information they have access too. On one tab I am displaying network devices local to their office and on the other I'm displaying the health of services that are national in scope. The only issue I'm encountering is that while I want to give them access to view the health of the services, I do NOT want these users to be able to open up the page for the server that the services are hosted on. I have tried creating an Account Limitation, but when I limit only to the specific processes and don't allow the server itself, the SAM page will not display any of the information; I can get it to display the information, but only after adding the servers to the same allowed Node list that the network devices are on, but this runs the issue of allowing them to view the page I don't want them to be able to see.

Is there any way to accomplish this split?

When you say services, are you talking about an Application service?

If yes, then you cannot get that granular with object limitation permissions.

Yes, I am talking about Application Services being monitored. That's what I want them to be able to see, but not any views for the server itself.

As long as the user has a live mouse on the interface and can click around on the service parent object (Node level), its very difficult to lock down such a thing.

We discovered this in testing dashboard for our clients. If they guessed an URL they could see meta data for our OTHER clients. In other words, McDonald's could open up Burger Kings View ID page, but not see Node data, but see their meta data. This is a confirmed Bug.

For you, I think you could create a custom view, and then show them a Net atlas Map with no hyperlinks attached to those objects.A very static Map.

But like I said, if you give them the full UI its hard to lock it down totally if they have hotlinks to parent objects. As like I said, you cannot applygranular ACLs on a service objects view capability in the UI.
