The Citrix license is running and displaying licenses in use but nothing appears on the chart. Thanks for your help! It stopped working on Saturday. There is a random reading at 10AM today but nothing else.
Is this the only component that has stopped collecting? I've seen issues like this when polling has stopped for all items, when the database is full, or even when someone changes the timezone on the server. Are there any errors on the Application Details view? Have you tried clicking the "test" button for this component within the application editor?
Thank you for the response. Looks like you are right, other charts are the same. Only a few polls at 10AM and that's it. Database isn't full and timezone is correct. Also, the test works when I edit the application monitor.

It looks like the Orion server has lost connectivity to the database server, polling has ceased, or the database has run out of white space either due to lack of available free disk space on the volume or the database is not configured to autogrow. Another possibility is that you're using SQL Express and the database has reached the 10GB limit. I suggest restarting the Orion services and see if it resumes polling. If not, check the database server and the Orion database itself for issues. If you continue to encounter issues please open a case with support.
