Replace Job Engine on Additional Poller

I need to replace my job engine on one of my additional pollers to resolve an issue. Do I need to stop all Orion services on my primary server/poller, in additional to all my additional pollers or do I only need to stop the Orion services on the additional poller with the problem.

Hi Danielle.

Thanks, but that doesn't really help. I'm clear on the process for replacing the job engine but I'm unclear regarding which Orion services need to be stopped. I have a primary server and two additional polling engines. The error is only occurring on polling engine 2. I'm unclear if I need to stop the Orion services on every Orion server ( primary servers and two additional pollers) or if I only need to stop the Orion services on polling engine 2, before I replace the job engine.

The only other documentation I have for replacing a job engine is for APM (here), and I'm not postive this will help. I will mark this for the PM to reply with his advice for your situation.
