What I know about capacity of polling engine is 12k elements with default polling interval.
What happen if I decrease polling interval,for example,to 60 second. does it still can manage same element capacity?

The shorter your polling interval, the less the capacity of the polling engine. This is because you are increasing the number of polls that must happen per unit of time. Likewise, increasing your polling interval increases the capacity of the server. In fact, if you exceed the capacity of your server, Orion will automatically increase your polling intervals to compensate (you will be notified with a warning message if this happens).
