9.5 SP2 Hot Fix Issue

Getting this when I put the two hot fix files in place...what am I doing wrong?

Error: The communication object, System.ServiceModel.Security.SecuritySessionClientSettings`1+ClientSecurityDuplexSessionChannel[System.ServiceModel.Channels.IDuplexSessionChannel], cannot be used for communication because it is in the Faulted state.

Apparently there are a bunch of us with this issue, but I haven't seen a fix posted to the site. My ticket is still open but I haven't received a resolution. If anyone does receive a fix from support please post it.

i was told to do a repair on the installation and re-run SP2 because it had been updated "last night" although it still has a last modified date of 6/24/09

i repaired it, re-ran the service pack from my customer portal (dated 6/24/09 which obviously wasn't updated as stated), and the hot fix from the portal and have the same issue.
