Upgrade 6.2.4 Application Status Uknown

I just finished upgrading NPM to 12 and SAM to 6.2.4 and all my applications, except one say status unknown and are greyed out. Anyone seen this? I unmanaged and remanaged and still is not working right. Any ideas?

Are you using agents in active / passive mode, or all WMI for monitoring the apps?

Are you still getting aerver resources ok?
