Lost credentials during upgrade to 4

Hi.

During the upgrade to 4 I lost all credentials. I have recreated the credentials and assigned it to the templates. But for some reason all Application monitors have override on credentials.

Is there any way using SQL I can set all Monitors to use the templates credentials or set the right creds on each component?

I have been looking trough the tables but have not found this.

You were upgrading on the same box where you had APM 3.x installed or did you install APM 4 on another machine?

You should open a support ticket and reference this thread. We can help you to reset credentials for all components if needed

Hi.

I was upgrading on the same server, and the same SQL-server. The credentials library was empty after the upgrade. I did get a warning during the upgrade that they could not be resolved.

Allmost all monitors are using the same credentials, those who don't I can fix manually. So the best solution would be to set all monitors to use the templates settings.
