Default MIB location by product:

SolarWinds Knowledge Base :: Updating an existing MIB database

The MIBs.cfg file is stored on the Primary polling server in a location that depends on the OS version you have. For instance, with Windows Server 2008, the file is in:

C:\ProgramData\Solarwinds

However, you are not able to import MIBs into this file. If you have custom MIBS that you would like to add, you can contact SolarWinds or look for the Thwack thread, "Yell us your unknown devices". SolarWinds will take your submission and incorporate it into a future version that you can download from your customer portal.
