Hey, community.
In previous versions of Orion map maker, creating a network map and adding a link was an easy task.
Previous versions of map maker would analyze the links on either side of the bidirectional link and present a brief list of "connected" interfaces and links for documentation.
Version 8.5 now lists every network object in the database when I attempt to choose a network link, rather than narrowing my selection down to the two possible nodes on either interface.
Is this by design? Is there a workaround for this? It takes a long time to filter through my hundreds of nodes to find the specific interfaces I need, especially since there is no way to change the way these objects are sorted. It would be marginally better if I could sort the node list by custom property rather than by device type (Windows, Sun Microsofystems, Cisco, net-snmp).
