Monitor DHCP Scopes

Hi.

I am monitoring our DHCP server by monitoring if the service is running. But I would like to do some more monitoring, like how many leases are used and how many free addresses in each scope.

Does anyone have a template for this?
Should it be done with windows scripts or by SNMP under this OID .1.3.6.1.4.1.311.1.3.1?

If it was me, I'd probably use the OID to create a UnDP poller. It seems quicker and easier to setup. However, I think the OIDs you should be using are

This is the no. of addresses in use = 1.3.6.1.4.1.311.1.3.2.1.1.2

This is the no. of addresses that are free = 1.3.6.1.4.1.311.1.3.2.1.1.3
