Question Mark on Webmail

We have noticed an issue with using Exchange 2003's webmail.

It appears that if you have Solarwinds installed on a PC and use Webmail to send a message a question mark appears on the first line of the message. Uninstall Solarwinds and the problem goes away.

I have seen messages on Google refering to the same issue.

Anyone have any ideas?
