I am trying to monitor a Lotus Domino server, but whenever I do the testing I get this error:
Testing on node Server - NUMCNS04 (Domino / Blackberry): failed with 'Undefined' status
Any suggestions? So far forums and support have been no help
I'm not sure what monitor you use for that but if it is SNMP Monitor then you should activate snmp on Domino. It is described at Domino Administration documentation. Otherwise Lotus Notes specific OIDs are reported as unknown by SNMP.
