DirectLink access now requires logging in?

I updated to Orion NPM 9 and APM 1 service pack 4 last week.

Now when you hit the front page of APM, it requires you to log in, instead of doing the DirectLink thing and just showing the front page with no privileges.

What is the process to restore DirectLink (anonymous) access to APM?

Ok. Well, I found out that if you do:

http://servername/Orion/

You get the DirectLink page fine...no login required.

If you do:

http://servername

You get prompted for a username/password.

Getting prompted username/password regardless of what URL is entered is highly undesirable. Is this *feature functionality* or was this something missed in the new release? Because this is NOT how it worked previously.
