exceptions to disk space alerts

We have several disks in our environment that are perpetually full for one reason or another and we'd like to create some exclusions for them.  The defaults are critical at 95% and warning at 80%.  I've set our alerts for different thresholds and those work fine for most disks in our environment.  There are those few disks that are archival and are at 99% and I'd like to put in place an exception for those so that they don't alert for the thresholds that I've configured for alerts nor the defaults.  Is there a way to put in exceptions for a single disk in a machine?

We have the same issue in our environment.  We have a large number of serves that support video camera systems that will always be at or above the default threshold capacity.  I found a Thwack articular out here, sorry I don't have the link,  that addresses this issue.  Here's what we did in a nutshell.

1. Create a custom property called Volume_Critical_Threshold and set a value.  It doesn't matter what the value is, but I used 101.
2. Create an new alert an set it to alert of 'Volume Capacity Forecasting'.
3. The scope of alert that we used, yours can be different but you'll get the idea.
   1. Only following set of Objects.
      1. all Child conditions must be satisfied (AND)
         1. Volume -> Volume type -> Is equal to -> Fixed Disk
         2. Node -> Vendor -> is equal to -> Windows
         3. Volume -> Volume_Critical_Threshold -> is empty
4. The actual trigger condition.
   1. This can be a and/or statement
      1. Volume Capacity Forecasting -> Current Value -> is greater than -> Volume Capacity Forecasting -> Critical Threshold.

On the volumes you don't want to alert on set the custom property to the value you set earlier.  In our environment it's 101.  Then set your message and play with it until you have it the way you like it.

This is an example of what our alert message looks like:
