Problems with NPM

I have a serious problem with the NPM.
Require to make some graphics with the option "Average Response Time of all Nodes", in the same way as had been done.
However, from this day I do not generate any item.
Any help you can give me will be apreciate, because it urges me.

What version do you run? Have you upgraded recently (e.g. 10.1.1?)

If urgent, I suggest running Diagnostics and contacting support.
