Error in "Application Health Overview"

Hi,

After reinstalling the Solarwinds Information Service, and Solarwinds Orion Module Engine Service due to an error of reports web link, I´ve got another error in all the APM views that include the "Application Health Overview" view. I installed APM V3.1 to see if that could fix the error, also I deleted the web site and re-created it, and reinstalled all services. The services are all running after the configuration wizard ends, but the error is still there. The other views of APM work fine, the problem is just with that specific view in all accounts.

We have Orion NPM V9.5 SP5 hotfix 2 , NTA V 3.5 SP2, and APM V3.1.

I would Compare the following files:

Compare : C:\Program Files \SolarWinds\Orion\Information Service\1.0\Schemas\APMSchema.xml

To: C:\Program Files\SolarWinds\Orion\APM\SupportFiles\APMSchema.xml

AND

Compare: C:\Program Files\SolarWinds\Orion\Information Service\2.0\Schemas\APMSchema.xml

TO: C:\Program Files\SolarWinds\Orion\APM\SupportFiles\SWISv2\APMSchema.xml

Compare these files and look for differences

If they are different, just manually overwrite the files in this directory (C:\Program Files\SolarWinds\Orion\Information Service\) with the ones you compared them to located here (C:\Program Files\SolarWinds\Orion\APM\SupportFiles).
