I just upgraded to NTA v3 and the process went very smoothly. It was such a success that we decided to add another netflow source to NTA. This device is a Cisco 3825 running IOS 12.4(12). In the router I have two Internet interfaces running BGP on the router and an internal interface. I configured the router using the Solarwinds Netflow Configurator from the toolset. What I'm seeing for graph data makes no sense. One of my Internet connections which is a 20meg link is showing 1GB of data. Other charts for this device are equally incorrect.
