Is there any way to monitor Microsoft Exchange's ROUTING QUEUE CONNECTORS?

Question

Is there any way to monitor Microsoft Exchange's "Routing Queue Connectors" (aka Source: DEFAULT SMTP VIRTUAL SERVER using SMTP protocol)? This is used to connect routing groups.

I've gone through many many WMI Instances/Properties but can not find what I'm after. And I've reviewed all the MIBs on the server.

Found my solution by using the APM Performance Counters model. It didn't give me the individual virtual connectors but I could get the total queue length. It works like charm.
