End to end mail monitoring for Lotus Notes

I'm trying to figure out how to monitor and capture the time it takes to send e-mails thru our mail servers. The servers are Lotus Notes using port 1352. There seems to be ways to do this if you use exchange but not Lotus Notes. Any help would be much appreciated ...

Hello,
Lotus Domino mail server supports SMTP and POP3/IMAP protocols. You can use our "POP3 User Experience Monitor" or "IMAP User Experience Monitor".

Go to Admin->APM Settings->Manage Application Monitor Templates. There create new template and add one of monitor mentioned above. Set correct "SMTP port", "POP3/IMAP port" and other values and assign that template to your server.

It will tell you how long it takes to send and receive emails using your Lotus server.
