Node status

Hi all!

I'm managing my nodes and some of of them look like unmanaged.

In fact have some nodes in my network inventory where the ethernet interface is on an unknown state. I don't why, but the nodes in question are running and I'm writing to you now from one these nodes.

Thanks a lot for helping me solve this problem I'm trying to solve since yesterday.

Might be worth a support ticket. But check and make sure SNMP is enabled on those boxes and the community string is correct

I have the same issue in my network. A quick work around that i found that works for me is to rediscover it in the Orion System Manager. After performing this task i dont have an issue with the unknown status again unless something changes like the snmp string or something.

Note that in 9.5, you can do rediscovery from the web. Go to web node management, select the node, and choose "more actions". Saves a step from having the RDP to the server.
