In Report Writer, I've created a new report to display ServiceNow information that the ServiceNow resource does not contain. Plus I can filter the information. Under Field Formatting, I want to use the Web URL field to add the ServiceNow incident URL so that it creates a hyperlink in SolarWinds to the ServiceNow incident. I used the below format and the hyperlink takes me to the ServiceNow homepage. What should I be using because I don't think id=${IncidentURL} is the correct format?
Example:
https://<my company>.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=%fFincidnet.dosys_id=${IncidentURL}
