Does Orion have an advanced search feature built in to search any of the custom fields?

As long as your custom field is in the Nodes table, you can search it with the Search for Nodes web resource that can be added to any view. Your custom properties will be available there in the dropdown. By default, this web resource is on the Network Summary Home page.
What do you need to accomplish with this?
Let’s say I have a custom field tracking Circuit ID's and I quickly need to know which Node corresponds to a circuit ID.
I realize I can export all the custom field info from the Custom Field Editor and find it that way, but I was hoping that Orion has a built in search feature that can search on Custom Fields.
Take that a step further- be able to search the entire DB for any string you want. Interface descriptions, serial numbers, locations, contacts, anything in the DB at all, searchable from the web interface, without writing a custom report- sometimes (most of the time) you need something on the fly, and you need it quick. I know how to get it if I have the time, but not all of my users do, and may not have the access they need.
Btw, this is the EOC forum. You probably should move this thread to the Orion forum. However, this is a useful feature for EOC as well.
