We have been given the task of trying to track down some inappropriate pages in our plant, and to do this, we decided to move our paging extension over to VoIP so we can use the Orion Database to track this down. When I use the web console, the report shows everything I need. Even phones that are being used from the Nortel phone system. In fact, the Nortel phones are the ones that I really need to trap because the phones in the plant are not VoIP.
However, when I go to the report writer, and create a report, it does not have the Nortel phones on the report. When I started my report, I chose the VoIP Call Details as the type of report that I wanted to use. Apparently the Nortel phone extensions are not in this table. What I need to know is, what table do the Nortel extensions reside? They have to be somewhere because they are showing up in the VoIP search on the web console, but I can't seem to find them. Any help is greatly appreciated.
