Server Interface Utilization monitoring via WMI: NPM or SAM feature?

I did some research regarding this and found out that SAM 5.5 included server interface monitoring via WMI. However I still think it should be part of NPM. Is it because interface utilization should be checked on switch side for NPM?

Hi Harold, interface utilization is indeed a NPM feature. The Server interface monitoring via WMI of SAM can only give you status information (up/down). Also, licenses for SAM is counted based on Nodes, Volumes, or Component Monitors. Hope this helps.
