Any one work with Alcatel ASAM

I have GPON node from Alcatel Lucent and its look like they dont realy support SNMP :-(

The node has 2 Profile to the uplink switch (diffrent vendor)

Acces switch is Alcatel lucent GPON.

sysObjectID 1.3.6.1.4.1.637.61.1 That the GPON

sysObjectID 1.3.6.1.2.1 that the uplink switch its maybe Future Linux router 1.0

I would like to know what pepole do when they like to monitor nodes that not running RFC 1213?

Here is a quick thought on this.

You can run a snmp walk to see if any particular node/interface is supported or not.You could confirm the same if the SNMPWALK is going to show results for those MIBs.

Let us know what did you observe from the SNMPWALK results.We have a SNMPWALK browser easy to use.here is the link.

SolarWinds support both standard and private MIBs.

If you haven't already, please post those unknown device sysObjectIDs to this thread?

Other than that, Nandish is spot on. If you can provide more details about CPU, Memory, and Interface counters, we can look at adding those in the future.

I could do the walk on the SHUB agent but not on the IACM agent...
