MIB Pollers - BES

I'm having an issue with some of the MIB pollers for our BES server. I'd like to monitor the licenses remaining so I know when I'm running low. I have it setup as shown below, it just always reports back as 0 which is inaccurate.

Just wondered if anyone had a change to look at this. It's still plaguing me.

What happens when you test it? Is it just showing "no data" for that device in the web console?

It is showing 0 in the web interface when I know we have several available.

Would you mind creating a case for this. There are several possibilites for a resolution.
